Spoedig volgde Iki Vondel Park op de Amstelveenseweg in december 2017 en Iki Amstelveen in het Stadshart winkelcentrum in april 2018. De ingredi\u00ebnten hier in Nederland zijn van erg goede kwaliteit om een geweldige bouillon te kunnen trekken. Hij kwam echter al snel in een sleur terecht. \u201cAls er groot geld bij betrokken raakt, zijn zaken en geld alles wat er telt. De directeur van een groot ramenonderneming in Japan ondersteunde hem en nam hem onder zijn vleugel. Zowel zijn verstand als zijn gezin spraken ertegen. Ondanks zijn dilemma bleef hij trouw aan zijn hart en volgde zijn droom. Twee jaar lang trainde Ken bij de ramenketen en haar verschillende merken. Binnen een aantal maanden al wist hij een heel ramenmerk op te zetten en van daaruit liet hij het verder groeien.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large het begin. \u201cMijn geest was erop gebrand om met Amsterdam als startpunt uit te breiden naar meerdere restaurants in Europa.\u201d Beleefdheid en wilskracht ondersteund door sterke passie en vastberadenheid zullen voor de 24-jarige nieuwe wegen openen in zijn voortdurende ramen-reis.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-177\"
